Great product. Mine is working fine. Started at 10 below zero with no hesitation. Voltage and frequency right on the money. My 14KW handles my cooking range, dryer, microwave and electric grill plus all TV and recorders plus 4 computers and my Generac doesn’t complain at all. I highly recommend Generac.
